Özet
Before explaining the methods of preparing and cooking the dishes described in this collection of home recipes, I believe it would be useful to provide a few simple notes about the foods that form the basis of our nutrition and serve to repair physical energy loss and prevent life from ending prematurely in cases of imbalance.
