Özet
Coffee has become an important part of cultural and social life worldwide and has left deep marks in Turkish gastronomy history in particular. Coffee, a tropical plant belonging to the Coffea genus, has been accepted in Turkish culture as a symbol of social interactions and traditions, beyond being just a beverage. This study aims to examine the impact of coffee on Turkish gastronomy history and culture, analyze unique preparation methods, and evaluate its role in social life. The findings obtained using qualitative research methods such as literature review and content analysis reveal the unique position of coffee in Turkish culture.
