    Futbolcuların Boş Zaman Yönetimleri ile Esenlik Düzeylerinin Değerlendirilmesi

    Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı amatör ve profesyonel futbolcuların boş zaman yönetimleri ile esenlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesidir. Diğer bir amaç ise boş zaman yönetimlerinin ve esenlik düzeylerinin yaş, cinsiyet, medeni hal, aylık gelir düzeyi ve profesyonel lisans durumuna göre karşılaştırılmasıdır. Materyal Metot: Çalışmada, ilişkisel tarama ve nedensel karşılaştırma modeli uygulanmıştır. Araştırmamızda veri toplama aracı olarak 15 sorudan oluşan “Boş Zaman Yönetimi Ölçeği” ve 36 sorudan oluşan “Algılanan Esenlik Ölçeği” kullanılmış ve çalışma gönüllülük esasına dayalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilinde farklı lig statüsünde amatör veya profesyonel futbol oynayan sporcular, örneklemini, basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 103 amatör ve 99 profesyonel toplamda 202 futbolcu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın analizleri SPSS 25.0 paket programına tanımlanmış ve ilgili analizler bu program aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. İstatistiksel analiz olarak Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis ve Spearman Korealasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Sonuç: Çalışma sonuçlarında kadınların sosyal esenlik alt boyutları yüksek seviyede olurken, futbolcuların tecrübelerinin artması paralelliğinde manevi esenlik, entelektüel esenlik ve esenlik ölçeği toplam skorlarında yükseliş olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INDIVIDUAL INNOVATIVENESS LEVELS AND LIFELONG LEARNING TENDENCIES OF STUDENTS

    This study aimed to examine the relationship between individual innovativeness levels and lifelong learning tendencies of physical education and sports school students. The study was designed in the relational survey model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The questionnaire technique was used as the data collection method. The study was carried out on a voluntary basis. The research universe consisted of students studying at Istanbul Gelisim University School of Physical Education and Sports. The students (n=195) who volunteered to participate in the study constitute the sample. The data of the study were collected using a personal information form, Individual Innovativeness Scale, and Lifelong Learning Tendency Scale. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 package software. The Spearman correlation analysis was preferred as a statistical analysis. As a result, it was determined that the individual innovativeness level and lifelong learning tendencies of the Physical Education and Sports School students were high, and there was a weak, moderate, and high level of negative and positive correlations between the individual innovativeness levels of students and their lifelong learning tendencies. In other words, it has been determined that the lifelong learning tendency is positively affected by the increase in the level of individual innovativeness.

    The Effect of Managerial Humour on Counterproductive Work Behaviours in Sport Service Providers

    The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of managerial humor on counterproductive work behaviors in sport organizations. Another aim of the study is to examine whether managerial humor and counterproductive work behaviors vary according to gender, age, marital status, and position variables. The study was prepared using the relational survey model and conducted on a voluntary basis. The questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in the study. In the study, coaches, facility supervisors and counseling staff in sports service companies located in the European side of Istanbul constitute the population and 322 personnel selected by convenience sampling method from this population constitute the sample. In addition to the personal information form, the perceived manager humor scale and the counterproductive work behavior scale were used in the study. The analysis of the study was transferred to the SPSS 25.0 package program, and after the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, it was determined that the data did not show normal distribution. Reliability analysis was performed to determine the reliability levels of the total and subdimensions of the scales used in our study, and "Chronbach's Alpha Coefficient" was obtained. As a statistical analysis, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman correlation analyses were applied to the research group. According to the results of the research, excessive use of humor in sports companies can cause counterproductive work behaviors by damaging business efficiency. In particular, sarcastic humor and rejectionist humor can cause problems between individuals by causing business productivity.

    The Relationship Between Motivation of Sport Management Students to Participate in Physical Activities and Social Media Addiction

    This study was conducted to examine the relationship between motivation to participate in physical activities and social media addiction among sport management students. Relational screening and causal comparison model was used in the study. In our study, Physical Activity Participation Motivation Scale (PACMS) and Social Media Addiction Scale were used as data collection instruments. The population of the study consists of the students of Istanbul Gelisim University, which is located on the European side of Istanbul, and the sample consists of N=253 university students selected from this population by convenience sampling method. The analyses of the study were defined in the SPSS 25.0 package program and the relevant analyses were carried out through this program.

    The Relationship Between Psychological Resilience and Goal Commitment Levels of Sport Sciences Students

    The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between psychological resilience and goal commitment levels among students enrolled in physical education and sports schools.Another objective is to examine whether psychological resilience and goal commitment differ according to age and gender.The population of the study consists of students of Istanbul Gelişim University School of Physical Education and Sports, and the sample consists of 332 volunteer university students. The researchers developed a personal information form, psychological resilience scale, and goal commitment scale to collect the necessary data. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 24 package program, which enabled the researchers to perform various statistical procedures, including Mann-Whitney U, KruskalWallis, and Spearman's correlation analysis.The results of the study indicated a weak negative relationship between the psychological resilience and goal commitment levels of the students enrolled in the School of Physical Education and Sports.
