| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, sağlık hizmetlerinde hastaların algıladığı hizmet kalitesi ile beklediği hizmet kalitesi arasında farkın ölçülerek hasta memnuniyet düzeyi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla İstanbul Özel Meltem Hastanesi'nde poliklinik hizmeti alan 128 hastaya uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilerek sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.
