dc.description.abstractKoronavirüs hastalığı-2019 (COVID-19) pandemisinin bir yıldır tüm dünyada süren etkisi hem işletmeleri hem de bireyleri fazlasıyla etkiledi. Pandemi sürecinde geçilen esnek çalışma sistemi, birçok meslek grubu mensubunun da çalışma hayatına etki etti. Bu çalışmanın amacı, esnek çalışma sisteminin hangi meslek gruplarını, nasıl etkilediğinin altını çizmek ve ortaya çıkan zorlukları belirlemeye çalışmaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the whole world for a year has greatly affected both businesses and individuals. After this effect, flexible working system was adopted. The flexible working system has affected the working life of many members of the profession. This study highlights which occupational groups and how the flexible working system affects and tries to identify the difficulties that arise.en_US
