dc.description.abstractInclusion of Children with disabilities is about offering the assis-tance need to know and take part in meaningful ways [11]. The government and local authorities must endeavor to promote inclusion of children with disabilities in regular schools, and the resource teachers paved the integral role in promoting inclusiveness. The resource teachers have an essential role in identifying children with special needs, counseling parents, organizing medical camps, preparing initial individual education programs, and offering remedial teaching. They will have to instruct teachers in the classroom use of special methods and therapies and need track the progress of children who attend regular schools. The present study undertaken among the resource teachers in Kottayam district of Kerala for critically analyzing their performance for main-streaming children with cognitive impairment. The investigation stipulated that a structure model should develop as a statistical method used to evaluate the re-lationships between observed and latent variables to evaluate the performance of resource teachers. This model is considered as the best fit model for the performance of Resource teachers in Inclusive education. © 2020, Research Publication. All rights reserved.en_US
