dc.description.abstract | Issues like the climate change and global warming have begun to arise as a result of globalization. The operations of enterprises play a significant role in this process. Additionally, airline corporations have begun to structure their operations in this manner. The establishment and growth of ideas like sustainability and green organizational behavior have been made possible by this circumstance. "Meeting the needs of the present while not depleting the resources that future generations can meet their needs" is the definition of sustainability (Redclift, 2005). Employee attitudes on sustainability are among the most crucial elements in guaranteeing sustainability for firms. Employees' pro-environmental actions, such as their views on lowering paper use in the workplace, are crucial for a sustainable environment and trends toward improving environmental performance. For employees to be more environmentally conscious, they must engage in activities that promote the environment and think about and voice their ideas about environmental developments. Employees who exhibit proenvironmental conduct have an impact on how other employees behave within the company. | |
