Dear readers, as we all know, our journey of flavor began in the womb with the taste of amniotic fluid, continued with breast milk, and will persist throughout our lives. By titling this article The Mystery of Taste, I aim to shed light on a phenomenon that modern science has yet to fully understand, despite its advancements. I’ll explore a few intriguing aspects of this unsolved mystery.
