Rinoplasti Sonuç Değerlendirme Anketinin Türkçe Versiyonunun (ROE-T) Türk Toplumu İçin Normal Değerleri

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, Rinoplasti Sonuç Değerlendirme Anketinin Türkçe versiyonunun (ROE-T) Türk toplumu için normal değerlerinin hesaplanması amaçlandı. Hastalar ve Yöntemler: Bu kesitsel klinik çalışmaya, rinoplasti adayı 200 hasta (92 erkek, 108 kadın; ort. yaş: 28.1±5.4 yıl; dağılım, 18-52 yıl) rinoplasti grubuna dahil edildi ve rinoplasti ihtiyacı olmayan 200 birey (85 erkek, 115 kadın; ort. yaş: 26.7±6.2 yıl; dağılım, 18-50 yıl) ise kontrol grubuna dahil edildi. Tüm katılımcılar ROE-T anketini doldurdu. Anketinin duyarlılık, özgüllük ve eşik değeri hesaplandı. Bulgular: Rinoplasti grubunda ortalama ROE-T skoru 4.90±2.28 iken, kontrol grubunda 15.28±2.16 idi. Anketin rinoplasti ihtiyacı olan ve olmayanların ayırımında eşik değeri, %96.0 duyarlılık ve %98.6 özgüllük ile 11 idi. Sonuç: Türk toplumunda rinoplasti sonrası hasta memnuniyetinin değerlendirilmesinde ROE-T’nin etkili ve uygulaması kolay bir anket olduğu kanaatindeyiz.

Objectives: In this study, it was aimed to determine the normal values of the Turkish version of the Rhinoplasty Outcome Evaluation Questionnaire (ROE-T) for the Turkish population. Patients and Methods: In this cross-sectional clinical study, 200 patients (92 males, 108 females; mean age: 28.1±5.4 years; range, 18 to 52 years) who were candidates for rhinoplasty were included in the rhinoplasty group, and 200 individuals (85 males, 115 females; mean age: 26.7±6.2 years; range, 18 to 50 years) who did not need rhinoplasty were included in the control group. The ROE-T questionnaire was filled by all participants. Sensitivity, specificity, and cut-off value of the questionnaire were calculated. Results: The mean ROE-T score was 4.90±2.28 in the rhinoplasty group, while it was 15.28±2.16 in the control group. The cut-off value of the questionnaire was 11, with 96.0% sensitivity and 98.6% specificity. Conclusion: We believe that the ROE-T is an effective and easy-to-use questionnaire in the evaluation of rhinoplastyrelated patient satisfaction in the Turkish population.
