| dc.description.abstract | 1987 yılında DSM – III'de psikiyatrik bir bozukluk olarak yerini alan Paranoid bozukluk bizar olmayan, sanrısal inançlarla karakterize bir bozukluktur. Paranoid bozukluğun görülme sıklığı, yaklaşık olarak %0.18'dir. Paranoid bozukluk tanısı almış hastaların genel işlevsellik düzeyi bozulmadığından genellikle tedavi arayışına girmemektedirler. Bu eğilim ise paranoid bozukluğa yönelik bilimsel çalışmalar yürütmeyi zorlaştıran bir faktördür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Rorschach Testi kullanılarak paranoid bozukluk tanısı almış 30 adet test protokolünde yer alan tepkileri analiz ederek anlamlı tepkileri belirlemek ve paranoid bozukluğun klinik özelliklerini tespit etmektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Rorschach Araştırma Formu kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre araştırmanın örneklemi için geçerli olmak üzere Rorschach Testinin evrensel bir nitelik taşıdığı ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca paranoid bozukluğun klinik özelliklerine dair baskın fikirlere yenileri eklenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Paranoid disorder is a psychiatric disorder characterized with non-bizar and delusional beliefs which took place in DSM – III in 1987. Prevalence of paranoid disorder is %0.18. Patient with paranoid disorder don't apply health services for treatment because they maintain their general functionality. This tendercy is a factor which makes harder conducting scientific research about paranoid disorder. The aim of this study is to determine meaningful reactions analyzing 30 patients' reactions to Roschach Test whose already diagnosed with paranoid disorder with using Rorschach Test and to ascertain clinical features of paranoid disorder. For the purpose it used Rorschach Research Form in this study. This research revealed that Rorschach Test is universal ability to diagnose delusional disorder at least for the sample of this research. Also this research contributed and modified our traditional knowledge about clinical aspects of delusional disorder. | en_US |
