Özet
If you ask me what the most important element is in food preparation, I would say it's the recipe. We call these recipes "standard recipes." How many times have we wanted to make a new dish and researched its recipe? We search online and in cookbooks, only to find dozens of different versions. How do we find and choose the best one? I think this is a common problem.
