IGU Faculty of Fine Arts New and Events Bulletin (Issue: 25, July 2022)

Abstract

A new social responsibility project started, organized by Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts, Radio, Television and Cinema Department. With the social responsibility project implemented in cooperation with Istanbul Gelişim University and Samyeli Private Education Institutions, it was aimed that special education students have a cinema experience and enter social interactive environments. The project, which was organized to be implemented with three different special education groups in three different sessions, starts off with the message “Cinema Against Obstacles”. In the social responsibility project aimed at reaching special education students, a cinema event was organized in three different sessions with the student group with down syndrome, the 0-6 age group and the learning disability groups. The social responsibility project, which started with the message “Cinema against obstacles”, will continue with new sessions in August and September
