Çağdaş Sanat Bağlamında Politik Değişimler Sürecinde Plamen Prodanov’un Sanatı

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma ile günümüzde sanatçının ve izleyicinin nasıl değiştiği, toplumlardaki değişimin, bilimin ve teknolojinin yükselişinin sanat alanına nasıl yansıdığı irdelenerek; bu bağlamda eski Doğu Bloku ülkesi iken 1989’da Demokrasiye geçen ve Avrupa Topluluğu üyesi olan Bulgaristan sanatı örnek alınmış, sanatçının ve izleyicisinin yeni yaşam tarzına göre nasıl değiştiğinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Yaşanan politik ve kültürel değişimler neticesinde şekillenen yeni sanat anlayışı ve uygulamalar bağlamında örnek olarak ressam Plamen Prodanov’un sanatı değerlendirilmiştir. Makale, sanatçının farklı dönemlerinden eserlerinin görsel örnekleri ile desteklenmiştir. Bulgular: Sanatçının her dönem toplumlardaki gelişmeler ve değişimler ile ilintili olarak sanat anlayışının ve izleyicinin de sanattan beklentilerinin değiştiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuç: Bulgaristan’da yaşanan politik ve kültürel değişiklikler bağlamında sanat alanında yaşananlara örnek olarak, sanatçı Plamen Prodanov’un sanatının dönemsel olarak geçirdiği değişim ve gelişme araştırılmış, değişimin önemli olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunu yaparken onun tüm sanat dönemleri analiz edilmiş, sanatında önemli bir değişiklik ve gelişme yaşandığı gerçeği net olarak görülmüştür. Ayrıca yakın tarihte yaşanan Plamen Prodanov örneği, genç sanatçılar için önemli bir gelişme olarak nitelendirilmiştir.

Purpose: With this study, it is aimed to shed light on the new life of the artist and his audience to reveal how it has changes throughout the years by looking into the art of Bulgaria when it was a former Eastern Bloc country which transitioned into a Democracy in 1989 and became a Europe Community member. Methodology: By reflecting on the art of Bulgaria; it can be seen how the artist and the audience have changed today, how the change in societies, the rise of science and technology is reflected in the field of art. In the context of the new artistic understanding and practices shaped as a result of the political and cultural changes, Painter Plamen Prodanov has been evaluated as an example. Results: In the research the artist in every period in relation to the developments and changes in societies, the understanding of art and the audience's it has emerged that their expectations from art have changed. Conclusion: In the context of political and cultural changes in Bulgaria, as an example of what happened in the field of art, by investigating the fact that artist Plamen Prodanov's art periodically changes and develops, it has been revealed that the change is important. While doing this, all his art periods have been analyzed and the fact that there has been a significant change and development in his art has been clearly seen. In addition, the recent example of Plamen Prodanov has been described as an important development for young artists.
