Konut projelerinde ince işler imalat kalite kontrol formları ve kalite kontrol süreciyle ilgili veri tabanı destekli çevrimiçi bir uygulama geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada konut projelerinde ince işler imalatlarının kalite kontrolü için kullanılabilecek formlar düzenlenmiş ve konut sayısı fazla olduğunda evrak düzenlemenin güç bir hal alması sebebiyle kalite kontrol sürecinde kullanılan formlardaki bilgilerin işlenebildiği veri tabanı destekli çevrimiçi bir uygulama geliştirilmiştir. Her bir imalat için kalite kontrol sürecinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar ele alınarak oluşturulan formlar çevrimiçi uygulama olmadan da kullanılabilir çalışma tabloları halinde hazırlanmıştır. İnşaat sektöründe rekabetin fazla ve maliyetlerin yüksek olması sebebiyle firmalar teknolojiye mecburiyetler olmadığı sürece yatırım yapmaktan kaçınmaktadırlar. Çevrimiçi uygulama için üzerinde geliştirildiği platform, özelleştirme, geliştirebilme, devreye alma ve kullanılabilirlik açısından değerlendirildiğinde yok sayılabilecek maliyetlerle hayata geçirilebilir çözümler üretilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda ortaya çıkan formlar ile kalite kontrol süreçlerinin standartlaştıran ayrıca uygulama ile yüksek sayıda konut için yürütülecek kalite kontrol süreçlerinde işlerin takibini kolaylaştıran çıktılar ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, forms that can be used for quality control of finishing works manufacturing in housing projects have been arranged and a database driven online application has been developed in which the information used in the quality control process can be processed due to the difficulty of document regulation when the number of houses is high. The forms created by considering the points to be checked in the quality control process for each work have been prepared in the form of usable worksheets even without the online application. Because of the high competition and high costs in the construction sector, companies avoid making investments unless they are obliged to do so. When it is evaluated in terms of platform, customization, development, start up and usability for online application, realizable solutions have been produced with negligible costs. At the end of the study, the forms, which standardize the quality control processes, and the application that make it easier to follow the works in the quality control processes to be carried out for a high number of houses have been revealed.
