dc.description.abstract	Yetişmiş insan gücünün elde edilmesinde eğitimin önemi çok büyüktür. Özel okullar da, belirli bir ücret karşılığı hizmet sunan kuruluşlardır. Özel okullar, öğrencilerin eğitiminde belirli bir ücret talep etmelerine karşın giderek toplumun her bölümüne yayılmaktadır. Günümüzde özel öğretim kurumları, eğitim hizmetinin önemli bir bölümünü üstlenmiş durumdadır. Bu özel eğitim kurumları kreş, anaokulu, ilkokul, ortaokul, lise ve yüksekokul kademelerinde varlıklarını göstermektedirler. Genelde özel okullardan beklenen, üstün ve nitelikli performans göstermeleri, dolayısıyla nitelikli eğitim vermeleridir. Bununla birlikte, özel okulların çeşitli problemleri bünyesinde taşıdıkları yadsınamaz. Özel okullar bir eğitim kurumu olmalarının yanında aynı zamanda bir iktisadi işletme oldukları için varlıklarını devam ettirebilmek ve pazar oranlarını büyütebilmek amacıyla piyasa koşullarıyla rekabet etmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu durum ancak hem kendilerini hem de içlerinde bulundukları sektörü iyice analiz etmeleri, hedefledikleri kitlenin kendilerinden beklediklerini doğru bir şekilde tespit etmeleri ve yerine getirmeleri ile mümkündür. Bu çalışmada, özel okullarda işletmecilik alanında yaşanan problemler ve çözüm önerileri değerlendirilmiştir.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Education plays a crucial role in acquiring educated human power. Private schools are institutions that provide education with a certain amount of fee. Private schools are spreading to all parts of the society day by day even though they get a certain fee for the education of their students. Nowadays, private education institutions have undertaken an important part of education service. These private education institutions show their assets in nursery, kindergarten, elementary school, secondary school, high school and college level. In general, outstanding and qualified performances are expected from private schools and therefore they are expected to provide qualified education. However, it cannot be denied that private schools carry various problems within themselves. Because private schools are an educational institution and they are also an economic enterprise, they have to compete with market condition, complete their assests and to increase market rates. This is only possible through analysis of both themselves and the sector they are in, the correct identification and fulfillment of what they are expecting from them. In this study, the problems experienced in the field of business in private schools and the solution proposals were evaluated.	en_US
