Turistik destinasyonlarda yer alan işletmelerin bütçe ve mali performans hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesinde turizm rehberlik faaliyetlerinin etkileri

Dünyada Küresel ekonomiyi belirleyen etkenlerden biri hiç şüphesiz turizm kaynaklarından gelen bütçelerdir ve son dönemlerde küresel dünyada ekonomik buhranlar yaşanmaktadır. Bu olumsuzluklardan turizm ve turizme bağlı kuruluşlar da etkilenmektedir. Turizmin bu olumsuzluklardan hangi düzeyde etkilendiğini incelemek amacıyla ülkemizde turistik destinasyonların mali ve bütçe performansını hedeflerine ulaştırma noktasında gereken turist rehberliği etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ülkemizde özellikle turizm alanında önemli bir rol oynayan İstanbul’da son yıllarda turizm hareketliği hızla artmaktadır. İstanbul’da yer alan bazı turizm destinasyonlarına gelen turistlere rehberlik yapan turizm rehberlerin bu destinasyonlarda yer alan işletmelerin mali ve bütçe hedeflerin gerçekleştirilmesinde sağladığı katkılar araştırılmıştır. Daha sonra elde edilen istatistik bilgiler destinasyonlarda yer alan işletmelerin mali ve bütçe yönünden gelişmesine sağladığı katkılar incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bilgiler ışığında destinasyonlarda yer alan işletmelerin mali hedeflerine ne kadar yaklaştığı analiz edilerek turizm rehberlerinin destinasyonlarda yer alan işletmelerin sağladığı mali ve bütçe katkılarının gelecekte yapılacak turizm gelirleri ve turizm rehberinin bu gelirlere yaptığı çalışmalara ışık tutulması hedeflenmiştir.

One of the factors that determine the global economy in the world is undoubtedly the budgets coming from tourism resources, and recently there have been economic crises in the global world. Tourism and tourism-related organizations are also affected by these negativities. In order to examine to what extent tourism is affected by these negativities, the effect of tourist guidance required to reach the financial and budget performance targets of tourist destinations in our country was investigated. Tourism activity has been rapidly increasing in recent years in Istanbul, which plays an important role especially in the field of tourism in our country. The contributions of tourism guides who guide tourists to some tourism destinations in Istanbul in achieving the financial and budget targets of the businesses in these destinations were investigated. Then, the statistical information obtained and its contributions to the financial and budgetary development of the businesses located in the destinations were examined. In the light of the information obtained, it is aimed to shed light on the financial and budget contributions provided by the businesses in the destinations and the future tourism revenues and the work done by the tourism guide on these revenues by analyzing how close the businesses in the destinations are to their financial targets.
