Sağlık çalışanlarında mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyi ile stres ilişkisi(Osmaniye Devlet Hastanesi ve İl Halk Sağlığı laboratuvarı örneklemi)

Ülkemizde ve tüm dünyada sağlık personelleri görevlerini yerine getirmekte ve bireylerin yaşamları için önemli hizmette bulunmaktadırlar. Sağlık personellerinin maruz kaldıkları mesleksel güçlükler, kendileri ve aileleri adına önem arz etmektedir. Bu durum, sağlık sektörüne ve örgütsel kuruma önemli açıdan tesir etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, sağlık sektörünün temel yapı taşlarından biri olan sağlık çalışanların mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyi ve stres ilişkileri belirlenip, arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Buna ek olarak çalışmaya katılan sağlık çalışanların demografik özellikleri de mesleki tükenme ve stres kavramının incelenmesi ikincil amaç olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırma bir alan çalışması olup: Osmaniye Devlet Hastanesi ve Osmaniye İl Halk Sağlığında çalışmakta olan 81 yardımcı sağlık çalışanları, 56 Hemşire-Ebe, 52 Laboratuvar teknisyeni, 23 Biyolog, 88 Doktor ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada demografik veriler elde etmek adına Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Mesleki tükenmişlik verilerine ulaşmak için Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve stresin verilerine ulaşmak için Algılanan Stres Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Anketler sonucu ulaşılan veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler frekans analizleri, t testi, Anova testi, analizleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma neticesinde elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde literatüre paralel olarak mesleki tükenmişlik ve stres arasında doğrudan bir ilişki olduğu açıkça görülmektedir. Çalışmaya katılan sağlık çalışanlarının mesleki tükenmeye maruz kaldıkları bulgusu elde edilmiş ve streslerinin yüksek seviyede görüldüğü ortaya konmuştur. Çünkü aşırı streste tükenmişlik sendromuna yakalanma olasılığını arttırmaktadır.

In our country and around the world, medical personnel perform their duties and provide important services for the lives of individuals. The occupational difficulties that medical personnel are exposed to are important for themselves and their families. This situation has an important impact on the health sector and the organizational institution. The main purpose of this research is to determine the level of occupational burnout and stress relationships of health workers, which is one of the most important points of the health sector, and to examine the relationship between them. In addition to this, the demographic characteristics of the health personnels that participating in the study were also determined as a secondary objective in terms of studying the concept of occupational burnout and stress. This research is a field study and was conducted with 81 auxiliary health workers, 56 nurses, 52 laboratory technicians, 23 biologists and 88 doctors working at Osmaniye state hospital and Osmaniye Provincial Health Center. In the study, Personal Information Form was used to obtain demographic data, Maslach Burnout Scale was used to access occupational burnout data, and Perceived Stress Scale was used to access stress data. The data obtained as a result of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS program. The obtained data were analyzed and evaluated by Frequency Analysis, T-Test and Anova Test. When the findings obtained as a result of the research were evaluated, it was obvious that there was a direct relationship between occupational burnout and stress, similar to the literature. It was found that the health workers participating in the study were exposed to occupational burnout and it turned out that their stress levels were high because excessive stress increases the likelihood of developing burnout syndrome
