dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Ar-Ge Faaliyetleri ile istihdam arasındaki ilişki ve Ar-Ge çalışmalarının istihdama katkısını konu alan alanyazınının yıllar içinde nasıl bir gelişim gösterdiğini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden sistematik derleme yöntemi ile gruplandırma teknikleri kullanılmıştır. DergiPark Portalı üzerinde “Ar-Ge”, “Ar-Ge Faaliyetleri”, “Ar-Ge Çalışmaları”, “İstihdam” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak tarama çalışması yapılmıştır. Önceden belirlenmiş kriterleri karşılayan ampirik makaleler tespit edilerek içerik ve tematik analize tabi tutulmuştur. Teknolojik Ar-Ge Faaliyetleri ile istihdam ilişkisini konu alan meta-analiz ya da sistematik derleme çalışmasının olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Teknolojik gelişmelerin ve Ar-Ge Faaliyetlerinin, beklentinin aksine genel istihdamı artırmadığı, işsizliği arttırdığını gösteren araştırma bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. Teknolojinin istihdamı azaltan etkilerinin istihdamı arttırıcı etkilerinden daha yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; ülkelerdeki ekonomi faaliyetleri içerisinde yer alan Ar-Ge faaliyetleri ve harcamalarının istihdama etkisi olmadığı söylenebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out in order to reveal how the literature on the relationship between R&D activities and employment and the contribution of R&D studies to employment has developed over the years. Among the qualitative research methods, systematic review method and thematic and content analysis techniques were used. A literature review was conducted on the DergiPark Portal (Academic Journal Database) using the keywords "R&D", "R&D Activities", "R&D Studies", "Employment". Empirical articles meeting predetermined criteria were identified and subjected to content and thematic analysis. It has been determined that there is no meta-analysis or systematic review study on the relationship between technological R&D activities and employment. Contrary to expectations, research findings showing that technological developments and R&D activities do not increase overall employment and increase unemployment have been reached. It has been observed that the employment-reducing effects of technology are higher than the employment-increasing effects. According to the results of the research, it can be said that R&D activities and expenditures in the economic activities in countries do not affect employment.en_US
