Özet

Think of a chef's hands. In those hands lies the memory of decades: the texture of laminated dough, the resistance of marinated meat, the scent trail of charred pepper... When a chef reads a recipe, they are actually reading themselves — their mentor, the kitchen of their childhood, the traces of attempts that flared up and burned time and again. Now, beside these hands, an invisible but tireless partner emerges: artificial intelligence. Is this partnership leading the kitchen to experience the quietest revolution in its history, or is an ancient art merely learning a new language? In this second part of our series, I will try to confront this question — or rather, to sit within it for a while. Because easy answers, judgments like "technology ruins everything" or "artificial intelligence improves everything," cannot truly touch any layer of this complex picture.
