dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı üniversite o?ğrencilerinin sosyo-demografik o?zellikleri, go?nüllü motivasyonları ile o?zgecilik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmış yarı-yapılandırılmış sosyo-demografik formdan; o?ğrencilerin motivasyonlarının ne olduğuna yo?nelik Esmond ve Dunlop (2004) tarafından geliştirilmiş Go?nüllü Motivasyon Envanterinden (Volunteer Motivation Inventory) ve go?nüllü motivasyonlarının o?zgecilik düzeyine etkisini o?lçmek amacıyla London ve Bower (1968) tarafından geliştirilmiş Özgecilik Ölçeğinden (Altruism Inventory) yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın o?rneklemini Yalova U?niversitesi Sosyal Hizmet Bo?lümünde o?ğrenim go?ren ve herhangi bir go?nüllü kuruluşa üye 110 o?ğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Go?nüllü o?ğrencilerin sayısıyla ilgili go?nüllü kuruluşlarda veya üniversitelerde bir veri tabanı bulunmadığından evrenin büyüklüğü hakkında bilgiye ulaşılamamıştır. Araştırma bulgularına bakıldığında, üniversite o?ğrencilerinin go?nüllü motivasyonu ile o?zgecilik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the relationship between socio-demographic characteristics, volunteer motivation and altruism levels of students. From the semi-structured socio-demographic form prepared by the researcher in the study; (Volunteer Motivation Inventory) developed by Esmond and Dunlop (2004) and the Alturism Inventory developed by London and Bower (1968) to measure the effect of voluntary motivations on altruism for what motivates the students. The sample of the research is composed of 110 students who are studying at Yalova University Department of Social Work and who are members of any voluntary organization. Because there is no registration system in voluntary organizations or universities related to the number or work of volunteer students, accurate information about the universe has not been reached. According to the research results, there is a meaningful relationship between volunteer motivation and altruism levels of students.en_US
