dc.description.abstractFirst of all, I think it would be useful to start by explaining what raw nutrition is. Raw nutrition is a movement or approach that originated in the Western world, spread globally, and advocates a return to our roots. This approach argues that our ancestors were able to sustain their lives and maintain their health by eating raw food thousands of years ago. However, let me emphasize this from the start: you should always consult your doctor and a dietitian before starting any diet.
