| dc.description.abstract | Araştırma kapsamında özel hastane acil servis ve polikliniklerde tedavi gören veya muayene olan hastaların memnuniyetleri araştırılmak istenmiştir. Hastaların memnuniyet durumlarının ölçülebilmesi için "Hasta Memnuniyet Ölçeği" geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek analizi ile acil servis ve polikliniklere gelen hastaların demografik özelliklerinin memnuniyetleri ile ilişkisi, acil servis ve polikliniklere gelen hastaların memnuniyetleri arasındaki ilişkisi incelenmiş ve hastaların memnuniyetine etki eden faktörlerin çözümlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. | en_US |
