Uçuş tipi, frekansı ve uzunluğunun uçucu ekiplerin iş stresi ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Havacılık sektörü, hızla gelişen ve yoğun rekabet ortamının olduğu bir sektördür. Havacılık sektörü ayrıca iş modelinin karmaşıklığı ve yoğunluğu nedeniyle iş stresinin yüksek olduğu bir sektördür. Bu çalışmanın amacı uçuş tipi, frekansı ve uzunluğunun, uçucu ekiplerin iş stresi ile ilişkisinin tespit edilmesidir. Uçucu ekiplere kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile ulaşılmış ve anket yapılmıştır. Anket, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren tüm havayolu şirketlerinin uçucu ekiplerine yöneliktir. Anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler, yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak paket programlar ile analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar çift yönlü değerlendirilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları uçuşların türlerinin uçucu ekiplerin iş stresini pozitif ve negatif yönlü etkilediğini ortaya koymaktadır.

The aviation industry is a rapidly developing sector with intense competition. The aviation industry is also a sector with high jobstress due to the complexity and intensity of the business model. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between flight type, frequency and length and the workstress of flight crews. Flight crews were reached by convenience sampling method and a survey was conducted. The survey is directed to the flight crews of all airline companies operating in Turkey. The data obtained through the survey method were analyzed with package programs using the structural equation model. The analysis results revealth at the types of flights affect the workstress of flight crews positively and negatively.
