dc.description.abstractAs we all know, our eating habits, which have continued for eleven months, can change completely with the arrival of Ramadan. When we begin fasting, our metabolism may struggle to adapt to this new routine. So, how can we fast comfortably during Ramadan and overcome these challenges? Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the issue I’m addressing. In fact, diets are highly individualized. What suggestions should we consider, then?
