| dc.description.abstract | Sanat etkinlikleriyle uğraşmanın bireyin psikolojik sağlığı üzerinde olumlu etkileri olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırmada sanatsal etkinlikle uğraşan yetişkinler ile uğraşmayan yetişkinlerin yaşam kalitesi, umutsuzluk düzeyi ve benlik saygısı incelenmiştir. Sanat etkinlikleriyle uğraşmanın bireyin yaşam kalitesi, umutsuzluk ve benlik saygısını farklılaştırıp farklılaştırmadığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırmada sanatsal etkinliklerle uğraşmanın bireyin benlik saygısı ve psikolojik sağlığı üzerinde olumlu etkileri olduğu bulunmuştur. | en_US |

In this study, the quality of life, hopelessness and self-esteem of artistic and adult non-artistic adults were examined. The change in the quality of life, hopelessness and self-esteem of the individual who does not perform artistic activity has been examined.
