Yerel yönetimlerde kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları: Anket araştırması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı yerel yönetimlerde kentsel dönüşüm uygulamalarını, personel görüşünde incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemiyle seçilmiş 146 belediye çalışanı ve 58 meclis üyesi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formları 48 sorudan oluşmaktadır. 4 adet açık uçlu soru ve 44 adet çoktan seçmeli soru bulunmaktadır. Veri analizinde SPSS 16 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Marmara Bölgesi'nde uygulanan kentsel dönüşüm projeleri bir modernleşme çabası olarak görülmekte ve bölgenin coğrafi ve sosyo kültürel yapısı dikkate alınmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this study urban transformation in local government practices, is to examine the perception of staff. The sample of the study consists of 146 municipality employees and 58 councilors selected by simple random sample method.Because of the difficulties in reaching municipal employees was applied a questionnaire to staff which can be reached. Surveys submitted via email to municipal staff. A questionnaire was used as data collection tools. The questionnaire was prepared by the researcher. The questionnaire consists of 48 questions. 4 Open-ended questions and 44 multiple-choice questions are included. SPSS 16 package program was used for data analysis. Data analysis frequency and percentage statistics has benefited from. As a result of urban transformation projects applied research is seen as a modernisation effort in the Marmara region and the region's geographical and socio-cultural it was determined that the structure is not taken into account.
