İşçilerin İş Güvencesi Sorunlarının Tespit ve Yönlendirilmesinde Türkiye Çalışma ve İş Kurumu'nun Şişli Bölgesinde Etkisi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde iş güvencesi kavramı ve iş kanununun iş güvencesi hükümleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümünde iş güvencesi hususunda yaşanan sorunlar yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde Türkiye Çalışma ve İş Kurumu Şişli Hizmet Merkezine intikal eden işçilerin şikâyet dilekçeleri değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada, iş güvencesi kapsamında olmanın işçilerin şikâyetlerini nasıl etkilediği analiz edilmiş ve İşkur tarafından neticelendirilen şikâyetlerin sonuçları incelenmiş, bu sonuçların etkililiği üzerinde durulmuştur.

In the first part of the study the concept of job security and the provisions of the job law about job security are described. In the second part, the problems about job security are explained. In the third part of the study the complaint requests of the workers devolved to Turkiye Calisma ve Is Kurumu Sisli Hizmet Merkezi are evaluated. In the research, how being in the scope of job security effects the complaints is researched and the results of complaints issued by Iskur are examined and also the effectiveness of these results is emphasized.
