| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ile Ticaret Meslek Liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin iş tatmin durumları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin iş tatminlerinin; cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, mesleki kıdem, eğitim düzeyi, okuldaki görevi ve branşı gibi değişkenlerden nasıl etkilendiği araştırılarak gerekli öneriler sunulmuştur. Çalışmada; Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Minnesota Tatmin Ölçeği kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya İstanbul ilinde bulunan 21 tane Ticaret Meslek Lisesinde görev yapan öğretmenlere ulaşılmaya çalışılmış ve 340 öğretmenin katılımı sağlanmıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler araştırmacı tarafından kodlanarak SPSS 16.0 Windows paket programına aktarılmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Anket sonuçları değerlendirilirken, standart sapma, frekans, ortalama, t-testi, Kruskal-Wallis testi ve Anova testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | With this study, it was tried to ascertain the work satisfication of teachers who work in Trade Vocational High schools. Essential proposals are given by studying on how the work satisfication of teachers are affected by sex, age, marital status, professional seniority, the level of education, the tasks in school and branch. The data is obtained by using personal data form and Minnesota satisfication standards in this study. It was tried to reach 21 teachers of Trade Vocational High schools in Istanbul and 340 teachers could be brought in this study. Data having been obtained in this study was transferred to SPSS 16.0 Windows package and analysed by the researcher. When evaluated the results of the study standard deviation, frequency, center alignment, t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Anova test were used.
