| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının duygusal zeka düzeyi ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesine dair, İstanbul'da bir özel hastanenin 108 çalışanı üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. "Duygusal Zeka Özellik Ölçeği-Kısa Formu (DZÖÖ-KF)" ve "Minesota İş Doyumu ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur.
