If planned thinking is future-oriented, and it is also the science of the future, this phenomenon is “science fiction”. However, the logic of application when science fiction becomes science can be either positive or negative. It would not be wrong to say that the scientist who carried out the development (invention, discovery, etc.) in the said science in terms of practical value caused this situation, and that those living on the basis of that society avoid responsibility. In other words, there are letters in an alphabet, but the person who wants can produce words from the letters and sentences from these words. Of course, this situation has an approach to being included in some values such as censorship in the real sense. Although the same approach should be included in approaches that can be called international censorship (such as not using chemical weapons in wars) on the basis of the application of science, it can be active in different ways such as secret, hidden, ignoring, etc. However, “real or supposed to be science fiction” means that the subject, which will be the science of the future, should be interpreted positively in every sense from now on. This situation also provides positive returns on the basis of thought. Thus, just as there are associations and foundations on certain subjects, a phenomenon that radiates positive energy will have occurred on the basis of "science fiction" (at least one subject).
