This study sheds insight into a company's working capital management practices and how they affect its financial success. The study uses panel regression analysis to analyze companies listed on the BIST 100 index. It aims to understand the relationship between working capital management and financial performance within these businesses. This study demonstrates that to guarantee seamless operations, working capital management entails efficiently managing a company's current assets and obligations. By analyzing this relationship with panel regression analysis, it aimed to identify how different strategies in working capital management impact the financial performance of these businesses.
