Spor Yöneticiliği Bölümü Öğrencilerinin İletişim Beceri Düzeyleri ile Girişimcilik Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, spor yöneticiliği bölümü öğrencilerinin iletişim beceri düzeyleri ile girişimcilik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup, çalışmada bağlantısal yöntem uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini İstanbul ilindeki Esenyurt, Haliç, Gedik ve Gelişim Üniversitesi Spor bilimleri fakültesi ile beden eğitimi ve spor yüksekokulu spor yöneticiliği bölümü 1. 2. 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencileri, örneklemini ise basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen (n=329) gönüllü katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Gönüllülere sosyo-demografik bilgi formu, Ersanlı ve Balcı (1998) tarafından geliştirilen iletişim beceri düzeyi ölçeği ve Yılmaz ve Sünbül (2009) tarafından geliştirilen girişimcilik ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler "IBM SPSS 22" adlı paket program ile kayıt edilmiştir. İstatistiki işlem olarak korelasyon ve regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak spor yöneticiliği bölümü öğrencilerinin iletişim beceri düzeylerinin iyi olduğu, yüksek girişimcilik düzeyine sahip oldukları, öğrencilerin iletişim beceri düzeyi ile girişimcilik düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde orta ve yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu ve iletişim beceri düzeyinin girişimcilik düzeyini etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between communication skill levels and entrepreneurship levels of students studying in the department of sports management. According to this objective, questionnaire method and connectivity method were used in the study. While the target population of the study consisted of 1. 2. 3. and 4. grade students in Esenyurt, Haliç, Gedik and Gelişim University Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education and Sports High School Department of Sports Management in the province of İstanbul; the sample consisted of (n=329) voluntary participants who were determined via simple random sampling method. Socio-demographic information form, communication skill level scale that was developed by Ersanlı and Balcı (1998) and entrepreneurship scale that was developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009) were applied to the volunteers. The acquired data were recorded with "IBM SPSS 22" package software. Correlation and regression analyses were applied as statistical procedures. As a consequence, it was determined that students studying in the Department of Sports Management had good communication skill levels and high entrepreneurship levels; there was a positive relationship between the communication skill levels and entrepreneurship levels of students and communication skill levels affected the entrepreneurship levels.
