Istanbul Gelisim University took place in 17 of 21 main research areas and 62 of 132 subresearch areas in the TUBITAK 2023 competency map. IGU has come to the fore among
Turkish universities in terms of both quality and research intensity in 9 of the main research
areas and 26 of the sub-research areas.
