Ebeveynlerdeki ruhsal belirtilerin okul öncesi dönem çocuklardaki teknoloji kullanımı ile ilişkisinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı ebeveynlerdeki ruhsal belirtilerin okul öncesi dönem çocuklardaki teknoloji kullanımı ile ilişkisinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmada "Belirti Tarama Testi", "Young İnternet Bağımlılığı Ölçeği" ve "Aile-Çocuk İnternet Bağımlılık Ölçeği" olmak üzere üç ayrı ölçek ve "Sosyodemografik Veri Formu" kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında tanımlayıcı istatistikler yanında korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya 283 kadın ve 17 erkek olmak üzere toplam 300 ebeveyn katılmıştır. Ebeveynlerin ruhsal durumları ile kendilerinin internet bağımlılığı düzeyi arasındaki ilişki çocuklarının internet ve teknoloji ile olan ilişkisinden daha ilişkili olduğu bulunmuştur. Çalışmada elde edilen temel bulgu ebeveynlerin ruhsal durumları ile çocukların internet ve teknoloji bağımlılıkları arasında bir ilişkinin var olduğudur. Ebeveynlerdeki psikolojik semptomlar arttıkça çocukların internet ve teknoloji kullanımının arttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship of mental symptoms in parents with the use of technology in preschool children. The study used three different scales and "Sociodemographic Data Form", "Symptom Screening Test", "Young Internet Addiction Scale" and "Family-Child Internet Addiction Scale". Correlation analysis was applied in addition to identifying statistics within the scope of the study. A total of 300 parents, including 283 women and 17 men, participated in the study. The relationship between the mental state of parents and their level of internet addiction was found to be more related to their children's relationship with the internet and technology. The main finding obtained in the study is that there is a relationship between the mental state of parents and the internet and technology dependencies of children. As the psychological symptoms in parents increased, it was concluded that children's internet and technology use increased.
