In order for the transformer to work properly, its active part must be dried. The active part is mainly made of paper insulation, and its dryness is an important factor. Insulation is considered hygroscopic because the paper has a capillary structure. If the insulation is wet, it reduces the quality of the transformer. Therefore, when new transformers are manufactured, their windings are subjected to a drying process. This is the first stage of the manufacturing process, because in the next step the coils are dried together with the active part. This process is usually carried out in a vacuum at high temperatures (100°C -105°C). Purpose of the research: High-tech drying ovens are used to organize this process. Purpose: This means a large amount of energy demand. Therefore, it is more convenient to use economically suitable and environmentally friendly energy for this process. In this thesis, solar panels were used to power the existing Hedrich equipment. It has been reported that the solar panels to be installed on the roof of the 14-hectare facility provide partial energy to these facilities. Result: Solar collectors to be placed on the roof of the facility were reported and 5 options for connecting the circulation pumps were evaluated and the optimum scheme was selected as a result of the comparisons.
