Öğrenci Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeğinin Hemşirelik Lisans Öğrencileri Üzerinde Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı Öğrenci Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeğini Türkçeye adapte etmek ve ölçeğin hemşirelik lisans öğrencileri üzerinde geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarını gerçekleştirmektir. Yöntem: Çalışma 360 hemşirelik lisans öğrencisi örnekleminde yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin Türkçe formunun dil geçerliği için çeviri ve geri-çeviri yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Öğrenci Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeğinin Türkçe Formu ve Öz-Güven Ölçeği kullanılarak verilere ulaşılmıştır. Doğrulayıcı ve açımlayıcı faktör analizi geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri için uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonuçları doğrultusunda KMO değeri 0,845 ve Bartlett testi x 2 değeri ise 928,007 (p<0,001) şeklinde tespit edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi neticesinde, ilk forma benzer olarak tek boyutta uyum belirlenmiştir (x²= 113,984; sd= 32, RMSEA= 0,084; CFI= 0,91; GFI= 0,93; AGFI= 0,89; RMR= 0,041). Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayısı 0.81 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin düzeltilmiş madde toplam korelasyon katsayıları 0,45 ile 0,56 arasında görülmektedir. Test tekrar test güvenirliği 0,64 split half değeri 0,79 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Öğrenci Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeğinin Öz-Güven Ölçeği ile korelasyonu değerlendirilmiş ve iki form arasında olumlu açıdan anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir (r=0,50). Sonuç: Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda Öğrenci Öz-yeterlik Ölçeğinin Türkçe versiyonunun hemşirelik lisans öğrencileri ile yapılacak çalışmalarda güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçüm aracı olarak kullanılabileceği ifade edilebilir.

Aim: This methodological research aims to adapt the Student Self-Efficacy Scale to Turkish and examine the validity and reliability analyzes on nursing university students. Methods: The research was conducted on 360 nursing university students. Translation and backtranslation technique was used for language validity. Data was collected with the Personal Information Form, the Turkish Form of the Student Self-Efficacy Scale and the Self-Confidence Scale. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis was performed for validity and reliability. Results: According to the results of exploratory factor analysis applied to determine the validity of the scale, KMO value was found as 0.845 and Bartlett test as x2 value was found as 928.007 (p<0,001). Results of confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that the ten items loaded on one factor (x²= 113.984, sd= 32, RMSEA= 0.084, CFI= 0.91, GFI= 0.93, AGFI= 0.89, RMR= 0.041). Cronbach alpha internal consistency reliability coefficient of the scale was found as 0.81. Corrected item-total correlations vary from 0.45 to 0.56. The overall test-retest reliability was 0.64 and the split half value was 0.79. The self-efficacy scale's correlation with the Self-Confidence Scale was examined and there was a significant positive correlation between the two scales (r = 0.50). Conclusion: According to these results, the Turkish form of the Student Self-Efficacy Scale can be used as a valid and reliable measurement tool for nursing university students.
