Türk milliyetçilerinin Suriyeli mülteciler meselesine ilişkin düşünceleri (Türk Ocakları ve Aydınlar Ocakları örneği)

Abstract

Türkiye eski tarihlerden itibaren göç alan bir coğrafya üzerindedir. Suriye'de başlayan iç karışıklık sonucunda milyonlarca Suriyeli mülteci, canını kurtarmak amacıyla Türkiye'ye göç etmiştir. İlk zamanlarda mülteciler için hazırlanan kamplarda barındırılmaya başlayan az sayıda olan mültecilerin gittikçe artan nüfusları kampların yetersiz hale gelmesine sebep olmuş ve ülkenin dört bir yanına milyonlarca mülteci dağılmıştır. Türkiye'ye yerleşen milyonlarca Suriyeli mültecinin, toplumsal, siyasal, ekonomik ve kültürel alanda yarattığı etkilerin incelendiği bu çalışmada Türk Ocağı ve Aydınlar Ocağı üyeleri ile yapılan görüşmelerde elde edilen veriler ile mültecilerin neden olduğu sorunlar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular Suriyeli mültecilerin, Türk toplumunda işsizlik, güvenlik, suç, demografik değişim gibi riskler oluşturduğu ve toplumun duyduğu rahatsızlıklar tespit edilmiştir. Günümüzde hala devam eden mülteci sorunu çeşitli etkenlere bağlı olarak Türk toplumunda olumsuz değişimler yarattığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Turkey is on a geography that has received migration since ancient times. Millions of Syrian refugees have emigrated to Turkey in an effort to save their lives as a result of the civil unrest that began in Syria. The growing population of refugees, which were initially housed in camps for refugees, has made the camps inadequate and millions of refugees have been dispersed across the country. In this study, which examined the effects of millions of Syrian refugees settling in Turkey in the social, political, economic and cultural sphere, the problems caused by refugees were tried to be identified with the data obtained in the interviews with the members of The Türk Ocağı and Aydınlar Ocağı. The findings of the interviews revealed that Syrian refugees pose risks such as unemployment, security, crime and demographic change in Turkish society and the discomforts of the society. It has been concluded that the refugee problem, which is still ongoing today, has created negative changes in Turkish society due to various factors.
