Bulanık veri zarflama analizi ile savunma sanayinin etkinlik ölçümü

Abstract

Bilindiği üzere son yıllarda savunma sanayinde umut verici gelişmeler yaşanmaktadır. Fakat şu anda literatür kapsamında savunma sanayinin etkinliğini ortaya koyan bir çalışma yer almamaktadır. Savunma sanayi etkinlik ölçümünün yıllara göre yapılması ve Savunma sanayisinde faaliyet gösteren 5 firmanın etkinlik ölçümünün yapılması hedeflenmektedir. Buna göre yıllık bazda ve firmalar bazında savunma sanayinin etkinliği tespit edilecektir. Bu amaçla bulanık veri zarflama analizi kullanılacaktır. Tezin amacı savunma sanayinin etkinliğinin yıllara bağlı olarak ve şirketler bazında ölçülmesidir. Bu amaçla bulanık veri zarflama analizi kullanılarak yıllık bazda ve şirketler bazında savunma sanayinin etkinliği ortaya konmuş olunacaktır. Bu tezden elde edilecek bulgular ışığında savunma sanayinin etkinliği yıllara bağlı olarak ve şirketlere bağlı olarak ölçülüp ortaya konacaktır ve savunma sanayinin etkinliği yıllık bazda ve şirketler bazında sıralanacaktır. Literatürde böyle bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu bağlamda literatüre katkı sağlanacaktır. Ayrıca savunma sanayinin etkinliği bilimsel olarak bulanık veri zarflama analizi ile ortaya konmuş olacaktır.

As it is known, there have been promising developments in the defense industry in recent years. However, there is currently no study in the literature that reveals the effectiveness of the defense industry. It is aimed to measure the effectiveness of the defense industry by years and to measure the effectiveness of 5 companies operating in the defense industry. Accordingly, the effectiveness of the defense industry will be determined on an annual and company basis. For this purpose, fuzzy data envelopment analysis will be used. The aim of the thesis is to measure the effectiveness of the defense industry depending on the years and on the basis of companies. For this purpose, the efficiency of the defense industry will be revealed on an annual and company basis by using fuzzy data envelopment analysis. In the light of the findings to be obtained from this thesis, the effectiveness of the defense industry will be measured and revealed depending on the years and companies, and the effectiveness of the defense industry will be listed on an annual basis and on the basis of companies. There is no such study in the literature. In this context, a contribution will be made to the literature. In addition, the effectiveness of the defense industry will be scientifically demonstrated by fuzzy data envelopment analysis.
