Asst. Prof. Dr. Nevruz Berna Tatlısu Gave Training at The Workshop Titled "Waste Management in Application Kitchens"! Asst. Prof. Dr. Nevruz Berna Tatlısu, Head of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (Turkish) Department, became an educator at the workshop Titled "Tübitak 2237-A Scientific Education Activities Support Program, Waste Management in Application Kitchens" held online between 25- 27 October 2022. served as. Nevruz Berna Tatlısu held a workshop titled “Recycling of Kitchen Waste” and provided training on waste management and waste recycling practices. In the training, the importance of recycling and upcycling of food, which is formed after the applications in the kitchens, which is wasted due to the lack of proper planning before the application, or which is turned into direct waste due to storage conditions, in terms of sustainable gastronomy was underlined.
