Spor tesisleri ve istihdam: sosyal konutlar bünyesindeki sportif alanlar üzerine nitel bir araştırma

Abstract

Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde yeni iş kolları her zaman önem arz etmektedir. Bu araştırmada sosyal konutlar bünyesinde bulunan sportif alanların spor sektöründe yeni bir iş alanı olarak sağlayacağı katkılar, yaratacağı iş istihdamı ve alt kollarıolan sporve egzersiz branşları incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla yola çıkılan çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, araştırmanınne için ve neden yapıldığı, ne anlatılması amaçlandığı, önemi, varsayımları ve sınırlılıkları açıklanmış, ikinci bölümde, araştırmanın metedolojisi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Kavramsal ve kuramsal bilgilerin ele alındığı bölümde, ilk olarak spor tesisleri kavramı ve önemi açıklanmıştır. Devamında ise spor tesislerinde planlama ve organizasyon olguları anlatılarak tesis ve işletme adına kavramlar açıklanmıştır. Bu bölümde son olarak spor tesis çeşitleri ve insan kaynakları yönetimi olguları ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise araştırmada asıl anlatılmak istenen konular bulgular ile ilişkili olarak ele alınmıştır. Sosyal konutlar bünyesinde bulunan sportif alanlar, tesisleşme adına yapılarının genel bir incelemesi,spor işletmelerinin bu alanlar ile çalışma yöntemleri, spor sektörüne yeni bir soluk olarak sağlayabileceği iş kolları ve istihdamları ayrıntılı bir biçimde ortaya konulmuştur. Son olarak sonuç bölümünde araştırmadan çıkarılacak olan mesaj verilmek istenmiş ve "Spor sektöründe yeni bir iş alanı olarak sosyal konutlar bünyesinde bulunan sportif alanlar spor ve egzersiz programları için ne kadar yeterlidir?", "Bu alanlarda spor yöneticisi ve antrenörlerehangi spor ve egzersiz branşlarında istihdam sağlanabilir?" sorularına çözüm önerileri sunulması amaçlanmıştır.

New business lines are always important in developing countries such as Turkey. This research aims to examine the contributions of sports areas within social housing as a new business field in the sports sector, the job employment it will create, and the sub-branches of sports and exercise. In the first part of the study, why the study was conducted, its intention, its importance, assumptions, and limitations are explained. In the second part, information was given about the metedology of the research. In the section where conceptual and theoretical information is discussed, the concept and importance of sports facilities are first explained. In the continuation, the concepts of planning and organization in sports facilities are explained and the concepts on behalf of the facility and business are mentioned. Finally, in this section, the types of sports facilities and Human Resource Management phenomena are explained in detail. In the fourth part, the subjects that are wanted to be told in the research are discussed in relation to the findings. The sports areas within the social residences, a general examination of their structures in the name of establishment, the working methods of sports enterprises with these areas, the business lines and employment that can provide a new breath to the sports sector have been presented in detail. Finally, in the conclusion section, it was intended to give the message to be taken from the research and "How sufficient are the sports areas within the social housing as a new business area in the sports sector for sports and exercise programs?", "In which sports and exercise branches can sports managers and trainers be employed in these areas ? " It is aimed to present solutions to the questions.
