Elit kadın basketbolcularda el antropometrik ölçümleri ile el kavrama kuvveti ve denge becerisinin, şut performansı üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, elit kadın basketbolcuların el antropometrik ölçümleri, el kavrama kuvveti ve denge becerisinin, şut performansları üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu, İzmir ili, Çeşme ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren TBF Kadınlar Basketbol 1. Ligi'nde mücadele eden, Çeşme Basketbol Spor Kulübü' nün elit (A takım) seviyedeki 12 sporcusunun gönüllü katılımıyla oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmamızda sporcuların yaş, boy, ağırlık, vücut kitle indeksi ve el antropometrik ölçümleri yapılmış, ayrıca sporculara el kavrama kuvveti, denge ve Aahperd şut testi uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 24 paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, normal dağılım gösterip göstermediklerini belirlemek adına Shapiro-Wilk Testi uygulanmış olup, verilerin normal dağılımı üzerine parametrelerin ilişki durumlarını değerlendirmek için Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda çalışmaya katılan 12 sporcunun elin antropometrik parametrelerinden; el uzunluğu, el genişliği, el avuç uzunluğu, üçüncü parmak uzunluğu, el şekil indeksi, parmak indeksi ve el yüzey alanı değerleri ile şut performansları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Sporculara yapılan ölçümlerin dışında uygulanan el kavrama kuvveti ve denge testi sonuçları ile şut performansları arasında da anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerden, sporcuların baskın el ölçüm ve test değerleri ile şut performansları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of elite female basketball players' hand anthropometric measurements, hand-grip strength and balance skills on their shooting performance. The working group was formed with the voluntary participation of 12 elite (A team) athletes of the Çeşme Basketball Sports Club, who are competing in the TBF Women's Basketball 1st League, operating in İzmir province, Çeşme district. In our study, age, height, weight, body mass index and hand anthropometric measurements of the athletes were made, and also hand grip strength, balance and Aahperd shot tests were applied to the athletes. Data analysis was evaluated using SPSS 24 package program. In the analysis of the data, Shapiro-Wilk Test was applied to determine whether they showed a normal distribution, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship status of the parameters on the normal distribution of the data. As a result of the analysis, among the anthropometric parameters of the hands of the 12 athletes participating in the study; It was found that there was no significant relationship between shot performance and hand length, hand width, palm length, third finger length, hand shape index, finger index and hand surface area. Apart from the measurements made on the athletes, it was determined that there was no significant relationship between the hand grip strength and balance test results and their shooting performance. From the data obtained, it was determined that there was no significant relationship between the dominant hand measurement and test values of the athletes and their shooting performance.
