Spor kulüp yöneticilerinde çeşitli değişkenlere göre örgütsel bağlılık araştırması

Abstract

Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, spor kulüplerinde görev alan spor yöneticilerinin yedi farklı değişken aracılığıyla örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Meyer-Allen (1984) tarafından geliştirilen örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan ölçeğin çevirisi birçok ölçek çevirisi ile karşılaştırılmış ve anlam farklılığı gözlenmemiştir. Ölçek toplam 18 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin duygusal bağlılık, devamlılık bağlılığı, normatif bağlılık olarak toplam üç alt boyutu bulunmaktadır. Ölçeğin 1-6 sorusu duygusal bağlılık 7-12 sorusu devamlılık bağlılığı, 13-18 normatif bağlılık sorusundan oluşmaktadır. Ölçek 5'li Likert skalasına göre yapılandırılmıştır. Kişisel bilgiler hazırlanırken sporda psiko-sosyal alanlar akademisyenlerinden destek alınmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Süper lig kulüplerinden on bir, birinci lig ekiplerinden on bir, ikinci lig ekiplerinden dokuz, üçüncü lig ekiplerinden dokuz, BAL ligi ekiplerinden on beş, Amatör spor kulüplerinden on dokuz spor yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Ankete toplam 74 spor yöneticisi katılmıştır. Anketler spor kulüp binaları ve yöneticilerin bulunduğu ortamlarda aynı zamanda örneklem kulüplerinde görev alan futbolcular vasıtasıyla uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 21 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Değişkenlerin analizinde normallik testi, mann whitney u testi, kruskal wallis testi uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada yapılan analizler sonucunda, toplam yedi değişkenden üçünde anlamlı dördünde ise anlamsız farklılık tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the level of organizational commitment of sports managers in sports clubs through seven different variables. In this study, the organizational commitment scale developed by Meyer-Allen (1984) was used. The translation of the scale used was compared with many scale translations and no difference in meaning was observed. The scale consisted of 18 questions. There are three sub-dimensions of the scale as emotional commitment, continuity dependence and normative commitment. Question 1-6 of the scale consisted of the question of emotional commitment, of continuation commitment 7-12, normative commitment of 13-18. The scale is structured according to 5-point Likert scale. While preparing personal information, support was received from psycho-social academicians in sports. The sample of the study, was sport manager eleven of the Super League clubs, eleven of the first league teams from, nine from the second league teams, nine from the third league teams, fifteen from the BAL league teams, and nineteen from the Amateur sports clubs. A total of 74 sports managers participated in the survey. The surveys were maked the presence of sports club buildings and managers, and also questionnaires were conducted by the footballers who served in the sampling clubs. SPSS 21 package program was used to analyze the data obtained. Explore test, mann whitney u test and kruskal wallis test were used in the analysis of the variables. At the end of the analyzes made in the study, a significant difference was found in three of the seven variables and meaningless differences were determined in four of the variables.
