Sağlık hizmetleri meslek yüksekokulu tıbbi görüntüleme teknikleri programı eğitim süresinin değerlendirilmesi ve uluslararası örnekleri ile karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Yükseköğretimde eğitim denildiğinde, çağdaş yaklaşımlar göz önünde bulundurularak, öğrenmenin sadece ezbere dayalı, merkezinde eğiticinin olduğu bir yöntemle çok mümkün ve sağlıklı olmayacağı tahmin edilebilir bir gerçektir. Yükseköğretimde öğrenenlerin birer yetişkin olduğu unutulmamalıdır. Bu yetişkinlerin öğrenme-öğretme noktasında uygulama, uygulayarak deneyimle sürecine etkin katılması ve sorumluluk alması son derece önemlidir. Okulda aldığı teorik eğitimin yanına uygulama derslerini alanda ne kadar verimli şekilde gerçekleştirdiği, bu dersler sırasında uygulama dersini alan kişi ne kadar sorumuluk ve deneyimle tecrübesi yaşayabilmektedir? Ayrıca uygulama dersini veren kişi ne kadar eğitici bilincini hissedebilmektedir? Tıbbi Görüntüleme Teknikleri Programına kayıtlı öğrencilerin uygulama derslerini, alanda çalışan teknikerlerin yanında usta-çırak ilişkisi tadında aldığı unutulmamalıdır. Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu Tıbbi Görüntüleme Teknikleri Programına kayıtlı öğrencilerin teorik eğitimi ve uygulama derslerinin verimliliği, eğitim sürelerinin uluslararası örnekleri ile karşılaştırılması ve içerik açısından yeterliliğinin değerlendirildiği bu çalışmada, vakıf ve kamu üniversitelerinde okuyan öğrenciler katılmış ve 5'li likert ölçeği yöntemi kullanılarak uygulanan anket verilerine göre sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

Considering the modern education and balance of education in higher education, it is a predictable fact that learning is only memorized, and that it is very clear and effective in a method where there is a trainer in the center. It should be kept in mind that learners in higher education are adults, and it is very clear that these adults have the activation and responsibility of the practice and implementation experiences at the learning-teaching point. When the classroom at the school is close to theoretical training, how efficient is the practice courses in the field, the experience and experience of taking practice in these courses, and the educational awareness of the person who gives the practical lesson? It is not forgotten that the application courses available in the Medical Imaging Techniques Program have the taste of master-apprentice relationship where there are technicians working in the field. In this study, the students who are enrolled in the Medical Imaging Techniques Program of the Vocational School of Health Services are compared with the international samples of the theoretical education and practice courses, comparing the education periods with the international samples and the 5-point Likert scale, the methodology of the method, the questionnaire and the ranking according to the questionnaire were evaluated.
