Beden eğitimi ve spor öğrenimi veren yükseköğretim kurumlarının örgütsel imajı: (Ege Bölgesi örneği)

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi'nde görev alan öğretim elemanlarının dört değişken aracılığı ile örgütsel imaj algı düzeylerini belirlemektir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Gürbüz (2008) tarafından geliştirilen örgütsel imaj ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçek toplam 46 sorudan oluşmaktadır. 5'li likert türüne göre hazırlanan ölçek, hizmet kalitesi, yönetim kalitesi, finansal sağlamlık, çalışma oranı, toplumsal sorumluluk, duygusal çekicilik, kurumsal etik olarak yedi boyutlu bir yapıya sahiptir. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi'nden 21, Ege Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi'nden 20 öğretim elamanı oluşturmaktadır. Ankete toplam 41 öğretim elemanı katılmıştır. Anketler, fakültede uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 21 paket programı uygulanmıştır. Değişkenlerin analizinde normallik testi, t testi, ANOVA testi ve post-hoc scheffe testi uygulanmıştır.

The purpose of this study is that to determine the levels of organizational image perceptionof of the instructors at the Faculty of Sport Sciences through four variables, the scale of organizational image developed by Gürbüz (2008) was used as a data collection tool in the study, the scale consists of 46 questions, the scale prepared according to five point likert scale contains 7 dimensional structure as the quality of service, quality of management financial, austerity, duty ratio, social responsibilities, emotional, attractivenes and corporate morality, 21 instructors from Adnan Menderes University, the Faculty of Sports Sciences and 20 instructors from Ege University form the the sample of the study. A total of 41 instructors participated in the survey, the survey was applied the faculty, SPSS 21 package was applied in the analysis of obtained data. Normalcy test, T Test, ANOVA Test and Post-hoc Sacheffe test was applied in the analysis of veriables.
