Etik Liderlik Davranışlarının Örgütsel Performansa Etkileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Etik liderler kurum içinde çalışanların güvenlerini kazanmış adalet, eşitlik gibi evrensel duygulara sahip çıkan öncülerdir. Kurumların temelinde etik kuralların yer alması yönetici, işveren ve çalışanlar arasındaki gerilimi önleyebilir Çocukluk ve gençlik yıllarında öğrencilere kazandırılan etik değerler topluma kazandırılan etik değerlerdir. Etik değerlerin bilincinde olan adaletli, farklı fikirlere saygılı, dürüst, ahlaklı bireylerin yetişmesi için okullarda da bu değerleri benimsemiş ve uygulayabilen öğretmen ve idarecilere ihtiyaç vardır. Etik değerler: özellikle kabul ettirilmesi gereken kurullar ve anlayış bütünü olduğu için bu konuda en fazla sorumluluk okul idarecilerine düşmektedir. Bu nedenle okul yöneticileriyle birebir iletişim halinde olan öğretmenlerin davranışları ve performanslarıyla etik liderlerin tutumları arasında bağlantı tezin ana hattını oluşturmaktadır.
