CEDAW kriterleri üstünden Türkiye'deki cinsiyet rejimi: 2010 sonrası Türkiye analizi

Abstract

Dünya'da kadına yönelik ayrımcılıkların artması BM'nin dikkatini çekmiş ve aksiyon almasına neden olmuştur. Buradan hareketle 1979 yılında kadın haklarının hukuki olarak düzenlendiği CEDAW ortaya çıkmıştır. CEDAW ile toplumsal cinsiyet ve kadının ayrımcı yaklaşımlardan korunması birçok ülkede yasal düzenlemelere sebep olmuştur. Bu kapsamda CEDAW'ın ortaya çıkışı, gelişimi ve Türkiye'de kadına yönelik uygulamalar ile feminist kavram çalışmada incelenmiştir.
