Entelektüel sermaye ve yetenek yönetiminin işletme performansına etkisi

Abstract

Entelektüel sermaye ve yetenek yönetiminin işletme performansı üzerindeki etkilerini konu alan bu tez çalışmasında sürekli değişiklik gösteren ve gelişmekte olan küresel koşullarda entelektüel sermaye ve yetenek yönetiminin firma performansını nasıl etkilediği incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci kısmında entelektüel sermaye kavramı temel alınarak entelektüel sermaye unsurları ve entelektüel sermaye yönetimi kavramlarının açıklamalarına yer verilmiştir. İkinci kısımda yetenek yönetimi ele alınarak yetenek yönetiminin tarihsel gelişimi ve yetenek yönetimi süreçleri detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü kısmında işletme performansı kavramı ele alınmıştır. İşletme performansını etkileyen faktörler ve özellikleri açık bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın dördüncü kısmında gerçekleştirilen çalışmanın amacı, yöntemi modeli ve hipotezleri hakkında bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın beşinci ve son kısmında araştırma modeli olarak belirlenen modelin uygulanması sonucu elde edilen sonuçlara yer verilmiş ve hipotezler test edilmiştir. İstanbul Anadolu Yakası sınırları içerisinde yer alan Sultanbeyli ilçesinde kendi üretimini yapan tekstil sektörü çalışanları ile gerçekleştirilen anket çalışmasının sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara, gerçekleştirilen analizlere ve bunlar neticesinde yapılan sonuç ve değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir. Anket değerlendirme yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen araştırmada demografik bulgulara ulaşmak için toplamda 6 soru hazırlanmıştır. Entelektüel sermaye, yetenek yönetimi ve işletme performansı ölçeklerinden oluşan anket formu toplamda 6 demografik soru da dahil olmak üzere 43 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Anket formları 5'li Likert tipi ölçeğe göre hazırlanmıştır.

In this thesis, which examines the effects of intellectual capital and talent management on business performance, it is examined how intellectual capital and talent management influences firm performance in developing global conditions. In the first part of the study, the concepts of intellectual capital elements and intellectual capital management are explained based on the concept of intellectual capital. In the second part, talent management is discussed and the historical development of talent management and talent management processes are discussed in detail. In the third part of the study, the concept of business performance is discussed. The factors affecting the performance of the facility and its features are clearly examined. In the fourth part of the study, information about the purpose, method model and hypotheses of the study were given. In the fifth and last part of the study, the results obtained from the application of the model determined as the research model were given and the hypotheses were tested. The results of the survey conducted with the textile sector employees who make their own production in the Sultanbeyli district which is located within the borders of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul and the results and evaluations made as a result of the analyzes. A total of 6 questions were prepared in order to reach the demographic findings. The questionnaire consisting of intellectual capital, talent management and business performance scales consists of 43 questions, including 6 demographic questions in total. The questionnaire forms were prepared according to the 5-point Likert-type scale.
