Endüstri 4.0 Uygulamalarının Üretim Süreçlerine Etkisi: Bosch San. ve Tic. A.Ş Örneği

Abstract

Tarih boyunca sanayi alanında pek çok gelişme yaşanmıştır. Sanayileşmenin başlamasından itibaren gelinen şu anki nokta Endüstri 4.0 olarak Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimini nitelemektedir. Endüstri 4.0 kavramı ile birlikte endüstriyel kullanıma giren uygulamalar ve geliştirilen teknolojiler günümüzün sektörel ihtiyaçlarına çözümler üretmektedir. Teknolojik alanda yapılan birçok inovasyon ilk olarak üretim süreçlerinde kullanılmakta ve bu süreçlerin iyileştirilmesi, üretim kalitesinin arttırılması, üretim maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi ve sürdürülebilirlik adına önem arz etmektedir. Henüz çok yeni bir kavram olmasına rağmen Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları giderek yaygınlaşmakta ve özellikle üretim süreçlerinde etkilerini göstermeye başlamaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları ve üretim süreçleri incelenmiş, Endüstri 4.0'ın öncü firmalarından olan Bosch Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketinde üretim süreçlerinde kullanılan Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarının etkileri ortaya konulmuştur.

A lot of improvements have been made throughout history in the field of industry. Since industrialization has begun, this point has been reached characterises the Industrial Revolution as Industry 4.0. The applications and developted technologies, which have become industrial usage with Industry 4.0 concept, start to produce solutions fıo today's sectoral needs. Most of the innovations in the field of technology firstly are used during the manufacturing process. It is crucial to improve these processes, to enrich production quality, to decrease production costs and for sustainability. Although it is a new concept, applications of Industry 4.0 become widespread and they started to show their effects especially on the manufacturing process. In this study, applications of Industry 4.0 and the manufacturing process has been examined. And the effects of the applications of Industry 4.0 which are used for the manufacturing process in one of the pioneer company in Industry 4.0, Bosch Inc., pointed out. Ş
