Kamuya Ait Spor İşletmelerinden Hizmet Alan Bireylerin Memnuniyetini Etkileyen Faktörlerin İncelenmesi (Beylikdüzü Belediyesi Örneği)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacını Kamuya ait olan Beylikdüzü belediyesi spor merkezlerine giden bireylerin memnuniyet düzeylerini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesine yönelik kişisel ve kısmen betimleyici bir çalışmadır. Çalışmanın evrenini Beylikdüzü Belediyesi örneklemini ise belediyeye ait olan hizmet odaklı dört spor merkezinde sportif hizmet alan 325 kadın üye oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada Ali Sevilmiş 'in 2015 yılında yapmış olduğu yüksek lisans tezi için geliştirdiği Spor işletmeleri memnuniyet ölçeği kullanılmış ve Crombach Alfa değeri 0.80 olarak bulunmuştur. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde ikili karşılaştırmalar için t testi ve çoklu karşılaştırmalar için Anova testi uygulanarak elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar halinde gösterilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan bayan bireylerin % 60.9 unun 41 ve üzeri yaş kategorisinde oldukları, % 83. 1 inin ise evli olduğu ve % 49.5 inin ise lise mezunu olduğu görülmüştür. Bireylerin spora başladıktan sonraki süreç içerisinde vücutlarında meydana gelen gelişimlerin belirlenmesinde, % 63.4 ünün kendisini zinde ve dinamik hissettiğini, % 47.1 inin ise sağlık problemlerinin azaldığını beyan etmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak; ankete katılan bireylerin sağlıklı olmak, zinde kalmak ve kilo kontrolü sağlamak için spor merkezlerini tercih ettikleri, evli bayanların daha iyi bir vücut yapısına sahip oldukları, çalışma ortamında üyelerin iradelerine saygılı oldukları, eğitmenlerin güvenilir ve herkese eşit davrandığını ve spor merkezlerinin genel durumundan memnun oldukları görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is a personal and partly descriptive study to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction levels of the individuals who go to the sports centers of Beylikduzu Municipality which belong to the public sector. The universe of the study is constituted by the Beylikdüzü Municipality and the sample is composed of 325 female members who serve in sports centers in four service-oriented sports centers belonging to the municipality. In the study, "Sports entrepreneur satisfaction scale" was used which developed by Ali Sevilmiş (2015) in his graduate thesis and arombach alfa value was found as 0.80. In the analysis of the data, frequency, by applying t test (for percent binary comparisons) and Anova test (for multiple comparisons) obtained results are shown in tables. It was seen that 60.9% of the female participants who participating in the study were 41 and over age group, 83.1% were married and 49.5% were high school graduates. Individuals have declared that their development in their bodies after the start of the sport has been determined, 63.4% felt fit and dynamic, and 47.1% said that their health problems decreased. As a result; it has been seen that the individuals who participated in the survey preferred sports centers to be healthy, to be fit and to control weight, women who married have a better body structure, they are respectful to the wishes of the members in the working environment, trainers were trustworthy and everyone behaved equally and were satisfied with the general condition of sports centers.
