Irak Kuzeyindeki Bölgesel Yönetimi'nin Devletleşme Çabaları ve Türkiye'ye Etkileri

Abstract

Irak Kürt Bölgesel Yönetimi'nin devletleşme çabaları ve Türkiye'ye etkilerini incelenmesi hedeflenen bu çalışmada, Irak'ın Osmanlı Devleti'nden ayrılmasından başlanarak önce monarşi dönemine sonrasında sözde bir demokratik devlet olmasına değinilmiştir. Ortadoğu'daki, karmaşa ve Irak'ın iç karışıklarından dolayı bölgede yaşanılan gelişmeler sonucunca Irak'ın kuzey bölgesinde bulunan Kürtlere özerklik hakkı verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilerleyen bölümlerinde; özerklik sonrası bölgedeki devletleşme çabaları, bölgenin siyasi ve ekonomik varlığının nasıl devam ettiği gibi konular mercek altına alınmıştır. Son olarak Türkiye ve Kuzey Irak Kürt Bölgesinde'ki karşılıklı ilişkiler; Irak'ın işgalinden öncesi ve sonrası şeklinde ikiye ayrılmış, değerlendirmeye bu şekilde devam edilmiştir. Türkiye ve IKBY arasındaki uluslararası ilişkilerin incelenmesi, ekonomik, ticari ve askeri açıdan ülkelerin birbirleriyle olan ilişkileri ve olası bağımsızlık durumunda Türkiye'nin alması gereken önlemler sonuç kısmında ifade edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the Iraqi Kurdish regional government on the efforts of nationalization and Turkey, It was mentioned that after the separation of Iraq from the Ottoman state, it first became a so-called democratic state after the period of monarchy. In the Middle East, Kurdish's in the northern part of Iraq has been granted autonomy as a result of the turmoil and developments experienced in the region due to the internal confusion of Iraq. In later parts of the study; efforts to nationalize the post-autonomous region, how the political and economic existence of the region continued.Finally, mutual relations in the Kurdish Region of Turkey and Northern Iraq; It was divided into two before and after the occupation of Iraq and continued to evaluate this way. Examination of international relations between Turkey and IKBY, economic, commercial and military aspects of the country and their possible interdependence in the case of the measures to be taken by Turkey is intended to be expressed in the end.
